Do you ship Internationally and if so, how long will my order take to arrive?
Yes, we ship to all countries. Orders are sent from Australia via Airmail. Estimated International delivery time to all locations is 6-9 working days. Delivery within Australia is 2-4 working days.
Do you send express?
If you live in Australia we can arrange express overnight postage at an extra charge. Please Contact us for more information.
Can I pay by some method other than paypal and credit card?
For International orders we accept paypal
only (unless order is over $600 AUD). Australian customers can pay via
direct deposit from an Australian bank account or via an Australia Post

Will you customise a collar to fit my dog specifically?
Yes, we are happy to make our collars to fit. All you have to do is send us your dogs neck measurement and we’ll do the rest. We also make one off collars for clients. If you have an idea of something you want, then feel free to Contact us for more information. and we might be able to make something for you.
Sausage and Schnitzel are gorgeous, can I buy them also?
This questions come up quite a lot, so we’re not surprised you asked! Unfortunately, the answer is no! But, they’re always looking for more friends!

Can I exchange my item if it doesn’t fit?
Provided you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and return it to us in unused condition within 7 days, then we are happy to exchange it for you. Please note: exchanges are not accepted on one off items.
